Requirement

The project aimed to create an innovative elevator experience by integrating Twitter’s real-time content. Users could select a floor, and the elevator’s screens would pull up Tweets related to companies on that floor using specific hashtags. The solution involved using sensors on the elevator buttons to send signals to servers, which filtered Twitter data based on the selected floor. A real-time app was developed with a frontend that ensured the relevant tweets were displayed in an engaging, visually appealing way, while the backend incorporated features like moderation, geolocation, and real-time updates to ensure safe, region-appropriate content. The activation was a success, generating significant media coverage and showcasing the power of Twitter's interactive audience.
