Introduction
Established in 2015 by federal decree, the UAE Gender Balance Council is the official entity mandated to advance gender balance across government, private sector, and community initiatives nationwide.
Requirement
The client required a bilingual corporate website capable of representing a federal government council to both Arabic and English-speaking audiences, with full right-to-left support for the Arabic experience. The objective was to create a credible, accessible platform that could showcase the council's initiatives, publications, and gender balance rankings to government partners, private sector stakeholders, and the public. Due to the dual-language requirement, the solution needed a fully mirrored RTL layout, structured content management for ongoing initiative updates, and secure, government-grade hosting on Microsoft Azure. The result was a custom WordPress platform with seamless English/Arabic switching, delivering a consistent, accessible experience across both languages and a scalable infrastructure that met the council's security and compliance standards.
